Providing Innovative Community Based Services for Survivors of Brain Injury

Regain independence, refine work skills, and confidently re-enter the community

Community Futures Foundation (CFF), based in Richmond, Virginia, provides long term community based support services to individuals with brain injury in the Metro Richmond and Hampton Roads Area. Since 2000, Community Futures Foundation has empowered survivors of brain injury through innovative, “best practice” programs and services. At CFF, individuals with brain injury are offered the opportunity to regain self confidence, refine work skills, and regain independence. The impact of CFF, though, is not limited to the provision of direct services. Since its inception, Community Futures Foundation has fostered the development of advocates, the education of our community, and continued advancement in the long term care and support of survivors of brain injury.
