Community Futures Foundation Board of Directors

Community Futures Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of many local community leaders and advocates. The Board of Directors has the principal responsibility for fulfillment of the organization's mission and the legal accountability for its operations.

More specifically, the Community Futures Foundation Board of Directors operates to:

• Establish a clear organizational mission,

• Form a strategic plan to accomplish our mission,

• Oversee and evaluate the success of the strategic plan,

• Hire and provide adequate supervision and support to the Executive Director,

• Ensure the financial solvency of the organization, and

• Institute a fair system of policies and procedures for human resource management.
