The Mill House Staff Team

Joe

Joe Craig MSW, Program Coordinator, is a graduate of the School of Social Work at The Ohio State University. Before coming to the Mill House, Joe worked as a counselor for adults, families and adolescents in both community based and residential programs. He also has experience working with disabled adults in a group home.

Lise

Lise Ottmar, MA, Kitchen Unit Coordinator, originally hails from western Maryland, but has made her way to Richmond. With a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology, she has utilized her skills by working with children and families. Now at The Mill House, Lise enjoys working side by side with the members and helping make delicious lunches. If bacon can be added to a recipe, Lise is definitely the one to do it! Lise also is obsessed with LOL cats and enjoys her own 2 cats.

Anna Anna Williams, B.A., Maintenance Unit Coordinator, is a graduate of the University of Virginia, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in both Sociology and Psychology. During her undergraduate years, Anna tutored behaviorally-troubled children at a local elementary school. Anna is currently working toward her M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling at Virginia Commonwealth University.
Martha

Martha Robinson , B.A., Communications Unit Coordinator After spending the first nineteen years of her life in Japan, Martha moved to Virginia to attend James Madison University where she majored in Social Work.  Before and throughout her college career, her interests lead her to practice human service both internationally and locally, most of the time with underprivileged and behaviorally challenged youth.  Now at the Mill House, she enjoys working alongside members to develop both modern and traditional communication skills, and to continue finding creative ways to advocate for survivors of brain injury.
