Employee Development Services (EDS)The Employee Development Services program has been developed in conjunction with the Virginia Department of Rehabilitative Services. This program is designed to maximize a person's employment potential by developing sound work skills, work behaviors, attitudes, personal characteristics, and functional capabilities. This service is intended to be time-limited; individuals will typically benefit from 30-90 days of participation in this program. EDS is the first program of its kind in Virginia. The Mill House and The Denbigh House serve as a statewide pilot for potential implementation of this program around the state. To be eligible for this service, a person must be working with the Department of Rehabilitative Services and be referred to this program by their vocational counselor.
